1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 476bd ("476bd", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://476bd.bet and all associated services, including casino games, sports betting, instant games, account management, bonus programmes, and payment facilities (collectively, the "Platform").

Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be closed, balances forfeited, and any winnings voided without notice.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

Where 476bd determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, suspend or close the account, and withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Decisions made regarding bonus abuse are final and not subject to appeal.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

476bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. 6 User Obligations

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 476bd Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform
• Providing false identity information or forged documents during registration or KYC verification
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Accessing the Platform using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems that interact with the Platform without human agency

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by 476bd

476bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; abusive behaviour toward staff or other players; or where suspension is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, 476bd will aim to complete its review and communicate the outcome within a reasonable period. During an active suspension, the player will not be able to log in, deposit, withdraw, or place wagers. Funds held in a suspended account will remain available for return to the player if the investigation concludes in the player's favour, subject to any applicable KYC and AML requirements.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your 476bd account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before closing your account, any outstanding bonus wagering requirements will be removed and any withdrawable real-money balance will be returned to your nominated payment method following identity verification. 8.3 Self-Exclusion
